Pop-Up Campsites
We will run a pop-up campsite for your event or festival from initial booking to handing back your land in the same condition. Offering customers the option to bring their own tent, caravan, campervan or motorhome, as well as the option to book one of our pre-pitched tents, we would manage all bookings, payments, site facilities, check-in and customer service. We have experience in running campsites at Glastonbury, Silverstone and Car Fest and will be running a campsite at Bristol International Balloon Fiesta.
Pre-Pitched Camping
Offering an exclusive number of both Bell Tents and Nylons tents, this is a great option for people who want to take some of the stress out of camping or don’t have the ability to carry equipment. Sleeping up to 3 or 4 people, our tents come complete with airbed, sheet and pillow as well as the option to purchase a sleeping bag. These can be offered alongside your existing camping options, as part of one of our pop-up campsites or alternatively for a private function or party where additional or alternative accommodation is required.
Logistics
Do you need vehicles or equipment moving for your event? We can collect, transport and setup for you. Previously we have transported 8 historic motorcycles for The Automobile Association, successfully delivering them to an awards ceremony and back to head office within 24 hours.
Event Management
From stand management at a show or exhibition to an events ceremony we have successfully managed events for up to 600 people. This can include stand setup, venue finding as well as the overall management of the event. In 2019 we managed the stand at Motorcycle Live at the NEC on behalf of BEN, the Automotive Industry Charity.
